This CD is just beautiful, relaxing
guitar music, in the style of famous guitarist/publisher Gene
Leis.
Brian Sisson learned to love music
and study guitar directly from Gene, and this tribute CD is a
simple but stunning study in relaxing music. Initially a private
project for Gene's fans in Hermosa Beach, the reaction to this
disc was overwhelming: you HAVE to release this music on commercial
CD!
And so we did, and this music is perfect
for quiet times, cool down sessions after work, dinnertime background
music and for anytime you need to hear standard melodies instead
of fast fingered pyrotechniks. The tunes are: All of Me, Nauges
(a Django Reinhardt tune), Blue Skies, Am I Blue?, Just a Closer
Walk with Thee, Be Sure it's True, Sit Right Down and Write Myself
